Serial no.: A41-210 (originally in USAF as 09-0212 and 11-0210); fuselage no.: F-239; factory serial no.: 50240; customer no.: AUS.5.

14.09.2011 - acceptance ceremony in Long Beach (California);

19.09.2011 - delivered to No. 36 Squadron RAAF (36SQN) at Amberley AFB (Queensland).

Since 2006, RAAF operates eight Boeing C-17 Globemaster III large transport aircraft (serial no. A41-206 to A41-213) and next two could be delivered in the future.
